"Don't get me wrong, I LOVE this store and have shopped there for years. Bought a dark, green sweater today off of the 75 percent discounted sidewalk rack, originally about $300, for which I paid $79. Had I noticed the sizable hole in the fabric on the back, I'd have never bought it. No returns, no refunds, I get it. But, the premise is that the items out there are not damaged or defective, as this item was. As I say, I've enjoyed shopping there, but my money is hard-earned."

It’s not the place to find a bargain but the high quality selection of clothes and shoes will ensure whatever you buy will last. They don’t stock your average pieces that you can find anywhere else."
