"University has by far the worst employees for overnight shift. Horrible & snooty attitudes. They purposely messed up my order as simple as it was, they over salted the fries and literally threw my burger in the bag any kind of way. I came back, the manager there was decent enough to make it right but the cashier and the cooks need to be fired."

"Awesome, friendly, clean, quick, the realest. We hit them two nights in a row with a bus full of high-school debaters and they were gracious and patient with us and speedy with the delicious food. "Food was rotten! Now I’m vomiting and diarrhea. Manager Sharon brown called me a lie. Got a email from owner with no mention of refund. By the reviews definitely not first time they served rotor molded food. Have food poisoning now. Owner should fire this lady and all disrespectful staff! Seems they forget us customers are the reason Betsy smith is able to afford that high dollar navigator! Lawyer has been contacted! And prob headed to hospital in morning if conditions don’t improve! Thanks for charging me for food poisoning! Should be a zero star on this list! Had this happen a west jackson location a year ago but the great lady at the drive thru was honest and said there freezer was out so didn’t say anything!"
