"Waited over 30 minutes for 1 sandwich .. service was terrible"
"This is a cute, small firehouse. However, that is the only positive about this place. We ordered a turkey bacon ranch with no lettuce, onions, or tomato. We got a turkey and ranch sandwich with onions. I also ordered a Philly steak with gluten-free bread, only to be told they don't have gluten-free bread. I then asked to have the sandwich with no bread, yet somehow it was the same price. Bread is no charge, is what we were told. Yet, gluten-free bread has an upcharge. Then, what i ordered came out wrong. When I approached them about it, they had to go to the back to make sure they could fix the order. The all-around attitude of the staff was frustrating as well. It's this generation, I guess. Good luck coming to this location. I would suggest an online order to pick up and check the order before you leave."
