"Sadly as I debated writing this review I read others and it appears to me that the poor condition of the rooms and the general upkeep have not been improved upon. We stayed here in March of 23. It was getting late and we stopped here because it was all we could find using our various apps. There was a baseball tournament nearby and rooms were hard to come by. I've included some pics of our room. Dresser that is missing its top drawer, the "high tech" TV and industrial toilet."
"Front desk staff were wonderful, very courteous and apologetic. Cleaning and maintenance staff need to be fired. The rooms were nasty and smelly. Plumbing issues in 2 of 3 rooms we had. Something that leaked from cracks in ceiling into our bathroom when the upstairs flushed commode. Faucet fell off shower. Very disappointed if not disgusted. Watch your charges on your card is alI I will say about that."
"The person at the front desk was nice. That’s the only thing this place has going for it. We have found a tic, dead roaches, toenails, old cigarette boxes behind furniture, the room smells bad, and the motel overall is not good. I would say the price is somewhat reasonable; however, in this case it is not, it honestly might have been too much considering the quality of the stay."
"The room was disgusting!! There was (what looked like blood) splattered all over the walls and mini fridge. The ceilings had holes and parts of it caving in. The bed looked like it hadn’t been changed or just partly changed (I hope). You only get 1 pillow and barley any blankets. The room smelled horrible with smoke and urine. Only good thing was the AC worked amazing and kept the room cool."
"The only positive thing I can say is that the young man who checked me in was very polite. The room very outdated. Carpet, drapes, walls all stained and foul smelling. TV did not work let alone the cable box. The electrical outlets were so worn that plugs just fell out. There were also electrical outlets next to the bed that actually hung out of the wall. The door latch was broken. Drapes were hanging off the rod exposing the outside/inside. Thank goodness I had my own pillows which I threw away after leaving that place. No way was I going to sleep on those again. I realize that after Covid many motels have fund issues but that place obvious has needed renovation for several years. That room, and I'm guessing others, should not be permitted for occupancy foe health reasons. Oh. I'm a board certified emergency room RN as well as a Nursing Clinical Supervisor. This is the most lengthy review I have ever written."
