"I called back 4 times in 3 hours talked to the lady in the front who was very nice, However, after she transfered me to the shop 3 of the 4 times I called NO ONE would even pick up the phone, after I let the phone ring over 100 times!!! The 4th time I called back was to tell the office, I would NOT be calling their business ever again, and I had just called Doc's HotvWheels their competition right down the road who answered 1st call and get me right in!!!!!"
"Ralph and the other people at seed and tire are knowledgeable and if they can't help you, they can tell you who can. They are good with oil changes, as well as tire repairs and replacements."
"If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. absolutely horrible. I originally took my car here to get my rear drum brakes changed. Two days after dropping it off they call to say its not the brakes, its the brake adjuster and apparently my whole rear end had “horrible salt damage”. They claimed all the bushings were bad and the struts were too. So I took my car home and got a brake adjuster, when I got someone to put it on, they told me it was VERY clear the brakes were messed up. The break pad was almost grinded down to the metal. They said the brake adjuster is bad but only because someone stripped it out. (not saying tire and seed was responsible) They looked at my struts as well and said they were perfectly fine. They did however confirm some of the bushings were bad, but there wasn't any salt damage that they could see. How could these so called professionals screw up so severely while diagnosing a car ? My theory is they ran out of time to fix it, decided it wasn't worth their time, and made an excuse. Never have I seen such a severe level of unprofessional behavior and just plan laziness. Don’t let some of these good reviews fool you. They aren't worth your money or your time."
"Had a slow leak in a tire in the middle of a road trip and I luckily had a friend in the area who directed me to this place. Only tire shop in Lake Village I hear. Lonnie patched I up and had us back on the road in like 15 mins. Great people, great service, great price...etc lead to a great experience in a scary situation for us. Much appreciated"
"My name is Mark Davis. I took my 2006 Town and Country minivan to them for a front end alignment on 5/8/18. I called them at 3:30 that afternoon and they told me they had not started on it. The next day I called again around 10 am and they still hadn't started on it. It was finally finished at 3:45pm. They were very rude every time I called. I will NEVER do business with them again."
