"Should be able to rate 0. These people are liars and thieves!! I had a wreck on I-20 close to their shop. 911 was called and my truck was towed to their shop. I live almost 200 miles from this shop. They assured me my truck would be fine. My insurance got up with me and them to set up a time to get my belongings. When I arrived to get my things my truck had already been towed to another yard 60 miles away. When I finally figured out where it had been towed (not where it was supposed to be) all my belonging had been stolen from the truck. Even the floor Matt’s had been stolen. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!"

"We were on our way home to Shreveport, LA. Our vehicle radiator got a rock hole and started running hot. We were able to make it safely to their shop, and they immediately brought the vehicle in the shop and diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately, I had to order the part and had it dropped shipped to them. The manager was very polite and stayed past closing time till our ride made it to the shop. We were stranded 2 hrs from home. It was easy to do business with Richmond Automotive. I highly recommend using them for any of you're Automotive needs! Thank you again!"

"Edit: I am gonna leave my previous review because I believe people should understand context. I am putting this first though so that people don't just see the initial bad interaction and jump to any conclusions. Since then I have learned that this is actually not a bad shop. This is just an example of the owner having hired a newer younger guy that is still learning. The owner though has been amazing since though. He recently towed my van and replaced the belt on it with no charge on the towing. And he is currently fixing the oil leak that the broken belt caused. He said that the oil leak spilled enough oil on the belt he doesn't feel safe putting it back on and is replacing the belt again about a week after the first replacement at no charge. I tried asking if he was sure and he insisted. Mr. Todd, you are awesome and I am so glad I gave this shop another chance. So my van has been leaking oil for a while and i took my van here to get it diagnosed. They didn't even take the time to clean off the oil or anything. All they did was shine a flashlight in there and be like oh it's the cover over the timing belt that is leaking and this is gonna be like $1500 to fix it. I freaked out a bit. But after calming down decided to get a second opinion. This time i went to an actual authorized mechanic who actually took the time to properly diagnose it and found it was actually the plastic housing for the oil filter that was leaking and that was only an $800 fix almost half the price. In other words don't trust them they don't appear to take the time to do things properly."
