"Staff was super friendly. Everyone who worked there immediately said “hey”, loved that. The lady was nice and knowledgeable. Range was a unique set up but honestly its one of the best in the state. The course is just super freaking fun and gorgeous. The first hole will boost your ego as its pretty forgiving. 6 is super long but so worth the challenge (good luck getting there in 2). 9 is gonna be the most challenging hole on the course. I laid up like a lap dog the entire hole. All in all it was a great course . Will definitely be back"

"Course was in great shape. Fun. Better than it ever was before it closed in my opinion. It is being improved but in time will be top tier course. Driving range and chipping greens are great. I've played it multiple times within the last month and will continue. Highly recommend."

"Arguably better than ole miss golf course! I played this course in late April 2023, I give the layout an 7.75/10 because it meanders through some beautiful Mississippi woods with some hills, some water hazards and some ravines to avoid. Course conditions get a 6.5/10 because most bunkers didn't have sand and were unkempt, and there was one entire green under repair. I wish I could give a higher rating on condition because the rest of the greens were in pretty good shape, and rolled true even though they were very dry. Staff was pretty easy going and friendly, no issues there. Not sure there were any food options at the turn, besides chips or other pre packaged snacks. Overall I give the course a 7.25/10. Pace of play was pretty quick, I finished in 2hrs 45 minutes on my own because there was another solo guy on my tail the whole time. It really was a great layout, has some wonderful natural features, and you can tell they are working hard to improve it. I hope more people come give this course a try, it's worth the drive! It's also a Bob Cupp designed course and is defintely a fun track to play. It will surely be a top tier course if they keep making those course improvements that look to be in progress at the moment. Looking forward to coming back next time I'm in the area!"
