"Update**** bullying those who care enough to share their response isn’t wise business practice. Explaining that I could’ve come on an “off” day instead of being defensive and arrogant would’ve probably been received better. I am sorry that you’re unable to receive constructive criticism or reproof from customers. That, however isn’t a good leadership characteristic. I suggest you spend less time attacking the ones who share their customer experiences with others and more time on your facilities and employees. There’s several good things about this location, but could use some work in other areas. Pros: nice selection of flavors and toppings, ability to easily acquire containers and toppings, nice seating area, public restroom, outside seating (minimal), options of syrups, hot fudge caramel, marshmallow toppings, as well as candies, fruit, boba, cake, cookies, nuts, etc. cons: several times I’ve come they have only had a few of the “flavors” of frozen yogurt available, the other options were watery and wasn’t working, the restroom is filthy and not cleaned, the tables were sticky on more than one occasion, the prices were a little exorbitant for what you actually get, the servers tend to ignore you until you specifically ask for help and then they don’t always respond correctly. The toppings look like they are picked over and no attention to quality is given sometimes as well. This tend to happen more when they are busy but have been observed even when it seems slow. Overall, each visit has been decent, it does seem to be hit or miss with the service, options, and cleanliness. The bathroom is always filthy though."
"Excellent customer service. Good selection of two kinds of yogurt ice cream; soft and hard. Going to go try both kinds! Shop was clean and happy looking and feeling. Prepacked available along with pies! Nice place!"
"Customer Service was Amazing. I love the fact that you are able to make your own ice cream. I was able to share this Amazing experience with my Daughter and my Travel Sisters. As a Travel Agent I love doing Market Research for my clients. Can't wait to share Tcby with my clients also."
