"I had to go through there for the 67A recall and had to get my fog lamps turned on (I installed them) they did the emissions update and the sales code for the fog lamps rather quickly. I asked if the extra key I had ordered had come in and it hadn’t. They had previously told me that it may not make it in, in time. I ran up to landers because they had one in stock. After waiting for the key I went out to the service isle at landers to be ignored, and witnessed a employee “correct” another employee rather aggressively but hey none of my business. So after another employee called the people behind me and asked how they could be helped I understood why the lot was full of cars and I headed BACK to senatobia. The manager pulled the truck back in, in a timely manor and had the truck right back out with a programmed key. Then told me how they appreciated my business. I WILL BE RETURNING! Nice people and very professional. The salesperson sells the first ride, the service department sells all the rides after the first one."

"Best and more than fair trade-in offer. Family and I have bought several cars there. Got my 5th Jeep. Quick financing-no hassle or trying to put you in "any" car. Only giving 4 because vehicle was brand new and gas light came on 6 miles out. I didn't think to ask for gas, but complimentary fill-ups on new vehicles are always appreciated!"

"Got online and scheduled a service appointment for 1030 am. Got to the dealership the day of and arrived 20 minutes early. Was told they dont take appointments and they never look at the website service they offer for scheduling. They also told me they were out of oil. I did end up getting my service done ONLY because I have a trip coming up and needed it done prior."
