"I have never left a bad review on a single place before. I want to share my experience to maybe help others before they needlessly spend their money which is getting harder and harder to come by. Let's just start from the beginning. I took my daughters truck up to the shop when it was Hernando Automotive because I had done thousands of dollars of business with them in the past, after 2 weeks of no word, I went up there to find out that they had changed owners and name of the shop. My first instinct wad to grab the truck and fix it myself. Instead I opted to give these young folks a chance. Another week past and they claimed to have it fixed but was overheating a little. Which was the reason I took it there in the first place. They claimed they would have it resolved so I tried to go ahead and pay for their services. They didn't have a credit card machine and wanted payment through PayPal or Venmo. Not a problem if I wanted to pay out of my checking account, but with the Holidays around the corner I needed to pay with my credit card and it won't link to Venmo and I don't use PayPal because of pass fraud on my account. So I decided to come back. They were not at work during their said operating hours and no phone communication. A few days later I got ahold of her and we met up there to settle up. I was promised she would have a credit card machine, but she claimed her partner wouldn't pay for it. And the truck still was not right. I found the information on the proper procedure on how to fix the problem and sent to her. She tried to do that but still screwed it up. Then said she was closing at noon the next day for Thanksgiving but would be back Friday. I went back up there at 10 am on Wednesday and they were not there. It was more than a week before they returned with no communication. Then I finally got to pay for my truck a total of $1500 with it still having the original problem of overheating. Also now it keeps having a dead battery which for some reason they replaced with a cheap econo battery.. I now am just fixing it my self. The battery they replaced which had nothing to do with why the truck was ther turned out to be an internal short in the alternator, which even a novice mechanic like myself can diagnose with a little time. And with further test I have discovered the radiator is partially clogged and needs to be replaced. Total of 2 days of warming up and cooling down the truck diagnostics. So in short. For simple repairs this may be a good place to go. But for something that needs a good diagnoses you might want to go somewhere else. Good people but too young to just slow down and do a proper diagnosis."
