"Julie the receptionist that answers the phone is very incompetent and rude. She can't hear, automatically assumes and just flat out rude honestly. The doctors that work here are probably great but I wouldn't know because of her no appointment could be made unfortunately. Customer service is everything, I feel all places of business dealing with people/patients on a daily basis should aim to hire competent workers that has awesome customer service behaviors. Please do better!!!"

Everyone from the receptionist when I arrived…to the assistance getting into my truck….could not have been more nice and professional. On the day I was there, Casey and Chris helped Dr. Roberts with a tooth extraction that required sedation. Had some special needs due to my medical history. They were very understanding and made sure all my needs were met. I highly recommend North Mississippi Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery."

"I was referred to this establishment by my dentist. I experienced horrible customer service within 30 seconds of interacting with them via telephone. I called to schedule a new client appointment and consultation for a wisdom tooth extraction, the woman who answered the phone seemed annoyed and she was very blunt with me, firstly. When I was telling her about the needed wisdom tooth extraction, she sharply interrupted me asking me why I'm only getting one removed when I should be getting four removed. She asked me what dental insurance did I have, because I've very recently changed insurance plans I asked her to hold please while I retrieved my insurance card not but a few seconds later, I hear her say to a coworker "I'm not about to hold cause she don't know what her dental insurance is." And hung up the phone. Not only was I shocked but that was extremely rude and unprofessional. I did not have her on hold for long at all and even if I did she should have addressed it with me in a formal and appropriate manner. As someone who has dental anxiety from past horrible experiences, I absolutely do not feel comfortable coming to this establishment as a new patient and will be calling my dentist for a different referral. This is quite a disappointment as I had high hopes for this place based on the experiences of others."

"I came in to have all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and cannot express how grateful I am for the people here. Dr. Roberts introduced himself and talked with me about the surgery before hand and explained everything. The rest of the staff was so nice and one of the assistants even held my hand when I started to get nervous before surgery. I could not recommend this place enough."
