"Come on Sonic every other stall you have does not work the ones that do work will hardly process card payments leaving your servers without tips you could at least block off the stalls that don't work this place is a joke"

"Every visit something is wrong. I visit this location weekly, half the kiosks are out of order. When you do find one that works, the staff taking your order mess up and have an attitude with you. I have constantly had the lids on my cups break because they dont secure them, milkshakes sour from the machine not being cleaned, and my breakfast wraps are so greasy that I cannot finish them. As someone who works in the food business myself, I didnt leave a bad review in case it was just an off day at this Sonic.. however this is repeated bad service."

"Friendly staff. Food was decent although they gave me the wrong burger. Had to go to 3 kiosks because first 2.were out of.orser rhatn the payment card scanner wasn't working at 3rd on."

"No wonder why this sonic gets such a low ratings. I ordered a number 3 with bacon with tater tots. Got a number 2 with no bacon and French fries. The car hop had trouble finding stall 5 and put ranch dressing in my bag. Probably should have gotten chicken at dodges next door About 1/3 of the screens don't work. Why don't franchise owners visit their stores more often. He/she should probably be fired. But how do you fire an owner. I recommend skipping this sonic and put them out of business due to poor management."

"Was consistently interrupted while trying to order 4 drinks. Ordered the first one and then was ignored while trying to order the last 3. After 5 mins of waiting someone came out with just the first drink, someone finally came back to the speaker box and took the last bit of the order. We paid for the first drink in cash and never got the rest of the change back. Several minutes later a women came out and just said "the slushie machine is broke". And walked away."
