"What in the world happened in the last month or two? This place takes FOREVER now. It just took over half an hour in a short line from just the speaker to the window. And I couldn’t escape because of the stupid barrier."
"Total and complete incompetence. I had to drive through the grass at Wendy's to escape the drive thru. One car at pay window one car at speaker and we sat there for 20 minutes. No one waiting on anyone. Its always like this... a friend said she waited 45 minutes in the drive thru one night! They need to clean house and start over."
