"The people behind the counter can’t get your name right and don’t care. Had no apple pies unless they fry one up for 6 minutes, then it would be so hot you couldn’t eat it. Nice place and nice atmosphere but people behind the counter could care less about how they represent the Jack’s brand. I wouldn’t go back."
"Your potatoes and gravey is the best around, yours Bicuits are the best tasting biscuits in town. Your chicken has an amazing taste to it. But my problem is we have purchased meals three separate times all at different times of the day. They are not cooking the chicken enough. I posted a chicken breast from our first order and a part of the leg on this last order. The reason we kept buying it three different times. I was just hoping they had messed up. But with three meals. It's them not cooking the chicken enough. I can just imagine how many people has eaten the chicken not knowing it was not done. Especially the children they never look at their food before they eat it. Another thing each time we spent around $35.00 for three people. Your food is worth the price if we could have eaten it."
"Food is decent but y'all can't seem to put cheese on a biscuit to save your lives. 3 times, 3 orders NO CHEESE even tho I was charged every time. Not to mention the ugly lil rude girl in the drive thru that shoves your food at you and gets an attitude whenever you ask her for a condiment or a napkin. Shorty needs a job in the back flipping fries with that type of personality!!!"
"First time eating here, and I'm definitely coming back! Went for breakfast at the Batesville location, went through the drive-thru and got my food in literally seconds. The person at window was so nice. Everything was hot and delicious. My drink actually tasted like the drink, not watered-down like other places. The biscuit was the best I've ever tasted. I'm 30+ miles away, but I will definitely make the drive to get their food."
