"I made my son's next 6 month check-up appointment before we left the office following his last cleaning/check-up. I specifically asked for today, President's Day, because we were off work/school that day, so neither of us would have to miss. I also had other appointments scheduled for the day for the same reason. We arrived about 15 minutes prior to our appointment this morning, and the waiting rooms were both very crowded, so I did figure the dentists were running behind schedule. After waiting over an hour past our appointment and see15-20 other patients that I knew arrived after we did be called back before my son, I had my son ask the receptionist how much longer it would be. She told him not long. Twenty minutes later and a 1/2 dozen more patients being called back, I went to the front desk and asked how much longer. I was told another 15-20 minutes. I told the receptionist to cancel our appointment and no, we did not need to reschedule. I wasted over an hour round trip to get to this place and another 2 hours sitting! I had another appointment over an hour away that I had made and was taking no chances on missing it. The 3 1/2 hours between the appointments should have been ample time to make both easily. There were people coming in and filling out paperwork 30+ minutes after we arrived who were being seen before my son. There is no way their appointments were before ours. Needless to say, I am disgusted and would not recommend this dental office to anyone! My son is 10, and this has been his dentist from the time he was little and first started going for dental check-ups, but I feel like the place has turned into an assembly line since then; it is way overscheduled, and I have no idea why we kept being skipped over today."
"My kids have been going to this clinic for several years. Never really had a bad experience until this last week. I took my daughter in on an emergency basis. She had an abscessed tooth. The nurse was very rude and belittling to me. We never saw the dentist. We were given a date 2 months away to have the tooth pulled and sent home. I had to ask for antibiotics. My daughter would not open her mouth for the pain. Needless to say we ended up in Le Bonheur for 2 days for dehydration and antibiotics. Luckily Le Bonheur removed the tooth while we were there. I guess if it's routine visits this clinic is ok but I wouldn't recommend them for emergent cases like ours."
"This is a great place to take your child. The staff is friendly and efficient. It is a fun place to visit, there are colorful drawings on the wall and also games to play. Makes me wish I were a kid again!"
"This is by far the best Pediatric Dentist Office that I’ve ever been to. The waiting room is kid friendly and they take their time while performing on the kids. I’ve never felt unwelcome debentures visiting."
