"My mom had the most horrific experience with this dentist. All of the positive reviews I've seen were all about his staff and none on his abilities as a dentist. When he deadened her mouth, he stayed out the room too long and her mouth was reawakening. He didn't test to see if her mouth was properly numbed when he returned. The lidocaine he administered was spraying out the needle onto her lip, so she wasn't getting the full amount into the gums. When he did readminister the lidocaine, he didn't bother to wait for it to re-numb her mouth. When it came time to pull her teeth, Dr.Chow was pulling and twisting her teeth as if he to wrestle to get them out then ultimately pulled the wrong tooth. The worst part is when he completely ignored her cries of pain after telling her to let him know if it was hurting. I don't know if he is bad dentist with no real skill set, or if he honestly just doesn't care, but I would not recommend him to anyone."
