"What an AMAZING staff!! I recently relocated to this area with my 3 children and was referred to Rock Family Dental by someone in the community. And let me tell you, this staff DID NOT disappoint! Friendly, knowledgeable, gentle, and efficient. All the the things I need as a patient and as a mom. We were scheduled quickly. I expressed an urgency in getting in ASAP and they followed through on their promise to call me if there was a cancellation! They caught a discrepancy in my billing and immediately reached out to my insurance company right there on the spot (which will end up saving me hundreds in the long run). My daughter (who’s terrified of needles and dentists) was literally taking selfies minutes after having a baby tooth extracted that was in the way of an already budding adult tooth. I normally have to hold her hand and talk her through any procedures. But this staff was so gentle and nurturing, she actually got through it all on her own while I was in the next exam room in my appointment. They got all 4 of us in and out quickly but nothing felt rushed. From scheduling, to billing, to cleaning, to more serious services, this office didn’t miss the mark ANYWHERE! It was a wonderful first visit for all of us and I’d recommend anyone looking for a dentist office in the area to come here."
