"I went there a few months ago for cleaning. I told the doctor something was burning me. He said I was imagining it. When I got out the chair I had a burn on my lips and a burn in my mouth from some kind of laser he was using. I still paid but took a photo of the burn on my lips. Minutes I called to speak with him about it and he denied it. Of course he cashed my check. I wasn't going to write a review but every since the burn that area of my mouth that never bothered me before has caused me problems. I would have appreciated an apology not denial."
"Love how they made me feel at ease.he did a great job on my Dentures got my smile back."
"I have no complaints so far. I've been seeing him for a few teeth that were pretty bad. I was worried at first due to that one awful review but he was very nice. He talked me through everything he was going to do and made sure I was comfortable."
"This was my first experience there and it was absolutely horrible! His staff is very nice but Dr. Berry himself is very rude! I got a glance at the needle and said wow thats a big needle! He looked at me and said yeah a big needle for a big girl!! yes I'm a little on the plus side so I was very uncomfortable with that remark. When he put the needle in my mouth I raised my hand in pain. He told me not to touch him it makes him angry and upset when he people grab him or touch him. I could taste the meds he put in my jaw inside my entire mouth. I asked him was I suppose to be able to taste it. He looked at me and let out a sigh of irritation and said whatever its doing that's what it suppose to do! I told him my mouth wasn't completely numb and I could feel him tapping my tooth before he began to pull the tooth. He acted as if he didnt hear me and said okay let's began. After the tooth was pulled I typed a message on my phone to tell him that I was in serious pain because I couldn't speak. I tried to show him the phone I even tapped his arm and he just walked off and told the nurse to tell me he was done with me and started working on another patient. I had to show the nurse my text because he refused to look at it. I left his office in tears. I had an awlful experience. Dr. Berry treated me as if I didn't matter. He was rude and I didn't feel welcome or comfortable at all!"
