"I was driving from Pennsylvania to Texas on Thanksgiving weekend with my daughter and as I reached Arkansas my truck started making an alarming noise. I pulled into a Love's travel stop in the town of Palestine and noticed smoke billowing out from under my hood. It was late Saturday night and I couldn't imagine being able to find a mechanic before Monday, so stranded 7 hours from home, I got a room at the motel next door. The next morning I woke up and found a mechanic loading up someone else's vehicle with a similar issue and struck up a conversation. He gave me the shop info and had me reach out and shortly after another mobile mechanic from their shop showed up, diagnosed my problem as a bad water pump, and replaced it right there in the motel parking lot. On a holiday weekend, on a Sunday, and for relatively cheap, he fixed my truck so I could make it home. They were a lifesaver and I couldn't be happier with them. Definitely recommend them if you're in the area and have any automotive issues."
