"This is the type of hardware store where most of the staff recognize you, know your name, and are genuinely interested in your projects. The staff on the floor and at the back desk (especially Dennis) are technically competent and willing to find what you need if they don't have it. The staff working the yard, driving forklifts, and loading your vehicle are friendly, professional, and efficient. CONS: it is difficult to find dimensional lumber that is straight and has four edges."
