Church's Texas Chicken

"The guy in the drive thru was very funny he told a few jokes and he let us add food on at the window and got it out very quickly like we ordered it back at the box and the food was steaming hot fresh and very tasty"

"I was about to give this restaurant 5 stars all around for the service, food, and cleanliness… until one of the workers did not like the fact the customer asked a simple question she couldn’t answer… the language was filthy! I was ready to go. I couldn’t believe a worker would allow that type of language to come out in front of customers. But the manager and others were very friendly."

"I give two stars because it's Church's but this location left much to be desired. Went thru the drive thru and asked my tenders be cooked fresh. Neither the tenders nor fries were close to fresh. Basically waisted my money but I was already late and driving so I just ate and went on. Kinda a mistake because I got a touch of upset stomach a few hours later. Won't be returning if I'm in town."

"I don't even know what to say; I've never left a bad review before, but the service was quite disappointing. To sum it up: if you're willing to wait half an hour and put up with some attitude for fast food chicken, then there's nothing to worry about here. Full story: we ordered a chicken basket and bombers and were asked to pull aside and wait. Twenty minutes later, we returned to the line. We were ignored at the counter for several more minutes. Finally, we got their attention and asked for a refund, to which they wordlessly handed us the chicken. And we left. The chicken was, admittedly, exactly as you'd expect from fried chicken. In short, the wait was frustrating, but their unpleasant attitudes exacerbated the experience. While we were pulled over and waiting, I attempted to go use the bathroom- I have urgency related to medical treatment. The door was locked, so I returned to the car. When we pulled up to the window, we informed them that I have a medical condition and needed to use the bathroom, I heard one of them say, "She didn't say she needed to use the bathroom." How could I have said I needed to use the bathroom? I was locked out. Admittedly, I have stopped there many times over the years and have had positive experiences. The quality of the service at this establishment has plummeted. I will not be returning."
