"This was my first visit to spinners and I will not be going back. Half of the video games were broken, the prizes for tickets were old and dusty, the carpet was severely stained, and the bathrooms had no soap and were filthy. Management was very rude and the security guard looked like he walked around talking on his phone the entire time instead of paying attention to what was going on during a busy time period. The food was ok but very over priced. Will not be going back."
"Literally sat in the drive thru and watched on of the cooks touch every thing with his naked hands then fix someone's salad and touched all over that with his naked hands as well. No gloves? I couldn't get my money back when I asked because "they don't do that " ...talk about sanitary that's disgusting. Never am I coming back here."
"Wasn’t happy with my Turkey Bacon Melt I did call the store and ask about my sandwich but they didn’t seem to care other than say Sorry you feel that way. They chop up the Turkey meat and Bacon . It was like it was cut up for salads. Not worth the money. Never ordering there again. I spent over $ 60 and the dessert pizza was still a little doughy. So Disappointing. The Calazone was ok"
"Let me start by saying I am not bad mouthing Spinners. The staff were friendly and quick with the food. The cooks however need some training. I ordered 4 items: a pepperoni mushroom black olive mozzarella cheese calzone , bacon spinach alfredo pizza (delete the alfredo sauce and replace with mozzarella cheese), naked BBQ wings, and a cinnamon struesel dessert pizza. The calzone had canned mushrooms which gave it a flavor of canned products, so it was nasty. The bacon spinach pizza had old spinach on it and not fresh spinach the dough wasn't completely cooked giving it that soggy texture and taste. The wings were cooked in an oven and not crispy at all. Naked BBQ wings should be fried crispy then covered in BBQ sauce and placed on a grill to infuse the flavors together. Not oven cooked and rolled in sauce. The dessert pizza was terrible the sugar drizzle supplied was nothing more than cake frosting from a can. I have added some pics to show the difference. I threw the calzone and wings away they were too disgusting to even look at much less smell, sorry for no pics on it. So I hope this helped you with your cooks so some changes can be made. There's potential for your store to be successful."
