Reviews
"I've been using this pharmacy location for over 20 years and have only occasionally experienced any problems. The staff, whether they be former or current, have earned my loyalty and appreciation. I feel they have gone above and beyond for me, always making sure I get my multiple prescriptions. Although it is true the pharmacy is going through hard times, I appreciate still being with this location."
"Last month I called and requested my wife's medication. They told me they would have it ready in two or three hours. The next day when I went to pick it up I had not prepared anything, so I had to wait at the pharmacy for more than an hour. Yesterday, January 29, I requested it again; Today when I went to look for him I was not prepared either. This is a disaster, my wife cannot be without medication, because her life could be in danger. I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. I am contacting the doctors to appoint me another pharmacy."
"The pharmacy is struggling. They are clearly understaffed. They do try hard and I feel sorry for them. Some struggle with English which worries me in an occupation that requires good communication for safety. The software has multiple unresolved glitches like not reordering after refills run out, not removing old doctors, and not allowing mail delivery. I know this company is having financial problems nationwide. I would go elsewhere if my insurance was taken there."
"Pharmacy customer service is terrible. Hardly ever answer the phone. Those who do lack customer service skills: rude, not helpful, won’t correct their mistake (after 3 attempts to get them to, the first two times they said they would. Third time they just passed it off.). Finally had enough and transferred to another pharmacy. See response from owner. No apology. Just passed the buck."
"I was a customer at Rite Aid pharmacy for the last 15 to 20 years. Have a chronicle illness. Need my paying medication every 30 days. In the last 30 days to 60 days, the pharmacist has switched. And they're sending prescriptions off to another pharmacy to get filled and being real rude about it. If they don't wanna handle people's prescriptions, they should have thought about the field they got in of work. I would never treat my customers like that. And I am a customer service. Just because there's dope things out there. You don't treat everybody like one. Thank you, you have a wonderful day. It will not let me leave 0 stars. I have to give one."
