"Your website says you close at 10, but when I came to pick up my prescription at 7:15, the pharmacy window is closed. It really sucks to not be able to get your medicine after 6pm, and have to wait until the morning. Be better. Adding to this to say that even after I had to wait overnight for my prescription, the pharmacy opened 37 minutes late. I won’t ever be coming back here, despite it being the closest to my home."
"Panhandling in full swing outside and once inside was annoying The parking lot was gross Good disabled parking Had everything I was looking for Annoying to have to get help with so many items that are locked up The staff was nice with the exception of one moody woman who was seemingly following us around the store for some reason!? When I asked her why she claimed she was not and then left our isle never to return until the end when we were in line waiting to pay she switched at the register with a coworker and was still giving us an attitude and was unable to find a smile or kind words So I gave her some of my smiles and kind words thinking she needed them on thst day because she couldn't find any for us her paying customers maybe she had a better day once we shared our kind words and smiles with her?! I will shop here again yet won't like the few things I mentioned above!! They do have a nice incentive program and the 1st Tuesday AARP 20% discount day is great"
"The only way to successfully get a prescription is to: 1. call (20 min wait time), and get verbal confirmation that the refill will happen. They will likely give you a time you can expect a refill. Don’t believe this. 2. Show up at the pharmacy at the expected time. 3. Stand in line for 20 minutes. 4. When you get to the counter, they will say, “we’re working on this and it will take about 20-30 minutes.” 3. Tell them about the call you had previously. They will apologize and change the ETA to 5 minutes, but you have to go to the back of the line. 4. Stand in line for 20 minutes. 5. If you’re lucky, receive the prescription! That is the only way I can get a script filled here."
"Literally the absolute worst Wallgreens pharmacy. Totally unreliable. Never open, never has your prescription ready, never capable of communicating basics, never answers the phone. I live a few blocks away but I have to go all the way to to 33rd and Killingsworth because this place is broken! Also, underserving this neighborhood is obviously intended."
"I have a fever and I'm worried I have COVID. I ordered a test kit online for pick-up and called ahead to the pharmacy to ask if I could get it from the drive-through to avoid exposing anyone. They said oh sure. Literally 10 mins later I'm there and the drive through is CLOSED. I again explained that I'm sick and didn't want to possibly spread COVID and the worker told me I should go to the front of the store to pick it up. Lol this is why the pandemic is STILL HAPPENING. I'm not even mad for myself but for other people around and the front staff too. Hire more people if that's what it takes for God's sake!"
