"It’s a beautiful short drive from Junction City or Eugene Taking River Rd., North but it’s actually a really chill swim hole, with a picnic table, Trash cans, street side parking. It looks like a little barbecue grill over there off to the wayside. And the water looks shallow enough that you could swim into the current and probably cross to the island with little or no problem ."

"Very quiet spot by the river, no restroom, not a very easy access to the water. Lots of blackberries and seemed cooler on a hot day. Very pretty spot to relax does have a picnic table and a garbage can though."

"This used to have a boat landing ramp at it. The boat landing is no longer there but there is a parking lot and the river is accessible on foot. Its a good place to fish, have a picnic or just hang out in nature. Very peaceful and quiet. Only open until dusk. No rest rooms."
