"I guess we were fortunate that the owners were on hand, but they sure made our visit enjoyable. We sampled a couple cheeses and ended up buying 7. They were just packaging some horseradish cheese and we had to get a couple of those as they were so good. They do have some cheeses that use potent chili's like ghost pepper and reaper. Too much for us to even try but we liked the habanero. We were on a road trip so couldn't try the milk and butter but we got a good education on what makes theirs special. It is a small farmstead shop but really good quality cheese. Umapine is out of the way but worth the trip....especially if you call and they are in the creamery."
"Great little creamery. Their products are fantastic and reasonably priced. Be careful with their pepper spiced cheese. They live up to their name!"
"What an amazing time we had at the farm! We bought some delicious cheese and butter, and then the kind owners offered us a tour. We met baby goats, days-old calves, and some water buffalo. Even though this is a working farm and a busy operation, we were afforded the time to listen, learn and appreciate all the farm provides. Cheese and butter don’t just magically show up on the store shelves, people! Tons of hard work and truly a labor of love."
"I called one week ahead to make sure that someone would be there and that there would be tasting. When we arrived there were three parties there to taste with no one there to service us. The creamery is off the beaten path. I would not recommend going unless you knew what you wanted to purchase and had exact change (or wanted to just take the cheese and not pay for it, which could be done)."
"Brent and Yvonne Carroll love giving tours of the creamery and dairy. I do not often give 5 stars but I truly enjoyed learning about running a dairy and making cheese. I will update when I have sampled their cheese."
