"It was late evening and Camper Cove was the only place in the area to do a few loads of laundry and get a shower. There was a note posted that said non-residents will no longer be able to use the laundry or showers starting November 10th. When I tried to take a shower it ate $2 in quarters and the water never came on. The laundry room floor was semi flooded as well."
"I absolutely recommend this rv park! I’m traveling solo for the first time which has been coming with a ton of anxiety. I pulled into camper cove unplanned because I was to anxious to keep driving for the night. When I went inside to ask about the availability the staff were super kind and made me feel really safe! The park itself is charming and tucked into a beautiful densely wooded area. I wish I could’ve stayed another night or two. Showers, bathroom, and laundry all worked perfectly."
"Called to make a reservation and the lady on the phone was very nice and helpful. She said they usually put long term people on the “office side” of the highway and short term on the “creek side” but we chose to stay on the office side because it’s closer to the bathroom. Office side is more of a RV park feel and creek side is more of a campground feel if you know what i mean. We were put under a heavily wooded area which made for great temperature-no sunlight coming through- however that also comes with a lot of bugs and spiders. Bugs were EVERYWHERE by the end of our 3 night stay. All in the electric box and in the cracks and crevices of our rv so just be mindful of that. The creek side seemed very nice too and in reality not very far from the shower. Light was able to come through the trees but still pretty shady. Showers took quarters ($0.50 for 6 min), were clean, great water pressure and temp but could use upgrade with paint job and that sort of thing. Ok cell signal. Overall a good stay and I would stay again if in the area."
"Clean, well maintained campground. A fine consideration if you are on the coast and everything is booked up. The camp hosts are great. Very friendly and attentive to the guests and their stay The sites are very close quarters, don't really expect a lot of privacy. Tends toward a somewhat older crowd in the RV's, and families in the tent areas. A bit close to the highway, so a good bit of road noise as well. You will learn what a jake-brake is.."
"We came to this campground waiting for vehicle repairs. In tents, highway 101 is noisy but the waterfalls hiking path, the friendliest staff ever. I didn’t notice the noise. The laundry facilities are great, showers. It’s a family camp, kids playing games not buried in phones. I’d go back in a heartbeat."
