"PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE! my poor baby had her nipple cut 3/4ths of the way off due to them using incorrect equipment! (Proper equipment would not have been able to cut like this at all!) The guy even slipped up and said they where using scissors! Claiming they where getting a mat! We had her trimmed up prior to the appointment so her hair was short and no mats at all. We asked for a summer cut, the shavers/clippers needed for this cut would NOT have made a cut like this. My girl has never had a issue for any other groomer before and I'm absolutely horrified The dogs where soaking wet and they explained that they where not finish being cut, you don't cut dogs wet! We had taken two dogs in for them and they said having them together made them hard to handle, and I'm just confused why they both where our same time? Very bad communication, lack of concern for the injury, we didn't have a pick up time so we waited 3 hours before retrieving them, and I'm glad we didn't wait longer because who knows how worse of shape they'd be in!! Never again! DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE, it's in a back ally and heckin sketchy and I regret not just walking away when we saw the place!"
