"I recently bought a home with beautiful wood floors under the carpet, and had an unpleasant surprise when we pulled up the carpet to get it ready for the re-finishers and found 3 boards completely disintegrated, looking like bug damage. The company doing the floors had got us in quickly so we could have them done before we moved in, and we didn't want to move forward until we were certain there wasn't an active infestation. Arbon's got us in almost immediately in a space he had from a cancellation so we could move forward with our floors and not delay moving in. He went over in detail what he saw that showed that they had treated in the past, even if the sellers didn't disclose it, and what to look out for in the future, so if there'e another infestation we can catch it quickly. He'll definitely be my first call in the future if we have any pest problems!"
