"15$ any size dog self serve wash. BUT CASH ONLY and very small building. No ATM on sight. Felt very cramped the second I walked in the door. The 2 lady’s that worked there gave me very weird vibes. Even my dog didn’t like the environment and was fighting against me the second we walked through the door which is not normal for him. We left without doing service there and went elsewhere."

"I brought my little puppy at this place and we only wanted her nails trimmed and they accepted for $5! The lady ripped my dog out of my arms with the worst attitude and told me she didn’t take debit. I didn’t think it was a big deal so I didn’t say anything. Remind you, there was no sign saying they only took cash outside, so the lady told me there was an atm down the road. Anyways, they took about five minutes then basically threw my puppy back at me! My pup was TRAUMATIZED. She was shaking and she kept crying. We took a look at her nails and they were practically GONE. We had to take her to the vet because her nails were bleeding for the longest time after that. I hope this store get SHUT DOWN for what they do to their customer’s animals. (Oh yeah forgot to mention this was in 2020 and I just remembered to write it)"

"I've been going here for 3 years now, first with one dog, and then with my rescue, I explained to the ladies that he is a rescue and he has very bad anxiety . And they understood that with kindness, they trimmed his nails . He was very scared, but after going a few times, he's eased up with them I do how ever have to weight in my car because he wants me and if I'm inside he won't allow them to do it .little stinker, $5 nail trim, oh yes . One time my dog was at the park rolled into something I had to think fast because she stunk stopped in no notice explained the situation they got her in quickly I like that because they didn't turn her away . I also like the $3 a hour doggy sitting, especially when it's short notice . Yes, the lady may seem rude, but she's actually really not . Please dont forget to tip . 3 year-long customer here, and I've never had an issue"

"We have been taking our two small rescue dogs to Nancy for several years. She works her magic and they come out beautiful!. More importantly, she really cares about the dogs-if they are upset or have any pain that she notices, she lets us know-best groomer we’ve ever had!!"
