"This groomer is a joke. After taking my oldest dog there and having some issues with a groomer, we switched groomers.. And have also gotten another dog. When taking both dogs I noticed a huge price increase yet nothing was mentioned. Whatever I paid it my dogs looked great on the surface, After getting them home and into the evening, I noticed that not only was there still matting behind one of my dogs, ears, but 1 of my other dogs. Snails was cut so short that he was bleeding and licking it perfusely. Had it been any shorter he would've bled out. So when I went to my grooming appointment today? I expressed the concerns to my groomer, And told her I was disappointed. I paid so much money plus a tip to find the things that I found. Instead of addressing them and moving forward, she told us we would be a better fit somewhere else and refuse to groom my dogs.. Murphy's paw has been my only groomer since getting my first dog in October of last year. To say this place is a joke and the groomets are an experienced is an understatement."

"I have been using Murphy about three years. I moved a distance from them and still use them. The owner has been so helpful in so many ways, even when it is not about grooming, but simply her knowledge of dogs. She has spent the time listening. As far as grooming, I never got people to just trim Mikey, they always insisted on shaving. Here, they trim and style and Mikey is looking all that when they are done. So Pretty. And not once, have I seen an owie. They are kind, nice and pleasant. I highly recommend but then, they are so busy, I have a tough time willy, nilly getting appts so I do not know if I want another flux of new customers."
