"Couldn’t have been happier working with Cody, Abby and the rest of the family. We got a Monterey 3 with no bells and whistles because we didn’t want the increased chance of anything breaking. The whole process took a while because we had to confirm the hot tub would fit through a gate and up a hill (it was impressive watching them maneuver it). Keep in mind that electrical can be pricey. We had a 60ft trench dug then copper wire ran to a 100-amp sub panel. From there we ran 60amps to the hot tub. It required two permits from the city. The tub came with all the supplies needed to maintain the water for months. The stairs are nice, as well as the cover and apparatus to lift it. I think everything is made in the USA and the tub is made just south of Portland."

"Purchased my first hot tub through them ... purchased in Feb 2021, delivered in June 2021 (which was earlier than quoted - the long lead time is all about the pandemic). In any case, the tub is fantastic and delivery was smooth. I had a problem recently where the tub was tripping its circuit breaker; I called on Tuesday, they sent a tech the next day (the day before Thanksgiving) and, along with some tips on properly maintaining the spa, replaced a pump that was the likely cause of the problem. I feel well taken care of."

"We've had our hot tub about 18 months now, and we couldn't be happier! Instead of paying for a 220 electrical line, we opted for a "plug and play" model that uses a regular outdoor receptacle. It seems fine for our climate in Portland. When it's really cold, we might turn up the heat a little higher so that it stays warmer longer. Still, we have no trouble having a nice soak for 30-45 minutes. We rent out a space that includes the hot tub on Airbnb. Our guests love it too! Some hot tub stores only post monthly prices on their hot tubs, which really tells you nothing about the true cost. West Coast Spas posts the actual prices, and our sales person, Sumi, was so great to work with. She still answers any emails I send her within a day. Great customer service! Finally, I love that this is a local company. We had a issue with the pump when we first got the tub. They had a service person out the next day who resolved it."

Our family could not be any happier with the solid pleasing appearance, product quality and the wonderful array of well thought out jetting.
