"Apparently unbeknownst to me Sam has sold this business. I, a couple of months ago, hired them and I am sorry to say, it was not a very good job. No attention to pointed out spots and when he left my carpet looked no better. I paid with a check made out to Sams and a man returned a week later with my check asking for another with the name not entered as Sam no longer has the business. I am, today, redoing my carpets with my own device and carpets are very dirty. Major disappointment."
