"Just called to get prices for a cordless backpack vacuum. The person I talked to had no knowledge of brands, prices, etc. She giggled and told me to look it up on their website on my own. Wow. "We were charged way more than they first quoted. Then David says he should be able to do something to help us out, but his overlords said no. A plug replacement cost almost ½ the cost of the total unit? How about you give us a proposal and not a verbal and then quadruple your price. One nice thing is that they will deliver as long as you are cool with one of them bringing a dog who runs through your place of business and barks at everyone. We won’t be using them anymore. That includes IICRC classes which will probably hurt us more than them but if they are gonna draw the line then I won’t cross it either."
