"I wouldn’t recommend or use zerorez ever again. My couch still smelled after using them and I tried to get the smell out of this area by shampooing at home myself. I then tried to call zerorez and they said since I tried to clean it and get the smell out that it voids anything and that I would have to pay a full price again to have my couch cleaned that I just had “cleaned” by them. I paid $225 to have my couch cleaned and is still NOT cleaned and they won’t do anything without us paying full price again! Or they would give me $30 off my next cleaning. Which I then advised I would never use them again or recommend to anyone. Customer service is horrible and would not recommend using them! The pictures are of the water after I tried cleaning myself which shouldn’t be this brown. NOT OK."
