"I don’t often post reviews but felt compelled to do so after our experience with Zach and his wife. If I could give 6 stars I would. Not only were they prompt with calling back and the very fair estimate, they were beyond professional and some of the most genuinely nice people you can come across. They took meticulous care in their work and were very respectful of our home inside and outside. The windows look fantastic despite this being the first cleaning after being coated with a year of new construction grime. They have a customer for life here."

"So happy We had this service wash our windows. We had recently bought a home in Douglas county and I doubt the windows had ever been washed. The windows were filthy, and I could not get them clean myself. I thought they wouldn’t ever look clean. I am amazed at the job Zach and his wife did on our windows. Our windows are spotless. "My dad lives in Melrose and with the bad snow storm Douglas county had he could not drive up the hill to even his driveway leaving him to have to walk up a steep hill in two feet of snow. Trying to find anyone that did snow removal was impossible it seemed like till I found sparkle window cleaning, they worked so hard and did an AMAZING job and they had a great price!!! Zach was so nice, respectful and communicated with me the whole time. I am so thankful for them, now my dad can drive to his house and i dont have to worry about him slipping and getting hurt.
