Rogue Cleaners & Laundromat

"Dropped off my 2 black coats last week to be dry cleaned. They told me they would be ready by 01-09. Came back yesterday 01-11, for pick up. Was told that it wasn’t done. Furthermore, customer service was extremely rude and told me I needed to have a receipt or else I couldn’t get my coats. Never was I told this last week. Another employee asked for my name and was able to search me up. I’m sure they provide a wonderful service but the customer service was absolutely horrible. I recommend going to vogue cleaners. They were very pleasant and happily took care of my coats."

"I’ve been trying out all the laundromats around town and this one is my favorite for sure. Way cleaner than the others and usually has a lot of open washers. Similar price to all the other ones around town. I do think laundromats are getting far too expensive though. Only one thing that rubbed me the wrong way. I’m pregnant and had to use the restroom. I went pee and hadn’t even flushed yet before the worker was knocking on the door like I was up to no good in there. Some people are trustworthy! Don’t have a restroom available if it makes you that nervous. Wasn’t even in there a full minute."

"This laundromat is wonderful! Always very clean and we've never had a problem getting the machines that we needed. There is always someone on hand if you have a problem. The price is very reasonable."

"I really like how this laundromat has the 40lb load washers in addition to the regular size washers. The dryers are also nice and big. There is one XXL dryer that is perfect for drying things like comforters and large door rugs. There are only two downsides to this laundromat. The first is that the deep wash sink is only for washing hands for some reason and not for people to use to wash their hand washables. The second is that currently, there are a significant number of washers that are out of order."

"I was falsely accused of being somebody else who had been kicked out before by another Mexican woman. This false accusation was by a short overweight dumpy looking brunette who removed my wet clothes from dryer and said she “was 95% sure I was the guy” It is my first time EVER AND IT IS THE LAST TIME I EVER SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY FOR WET CLOTHES SHE SAID “ we are closing early tonight” as an excuse This happened before 8pm They close at ten"
