Reviews
"Great prices, fantastic inventory, and an extremely helpful staff. Home run!"
"The best place in town to buy succulents and other plants. Wide variety, roger is very knowledgeable, and they have the best prices in town."
"2nd update* i have noticed 3 similar negative reviews have been removed, and despite also being bullied and threatened i am not taking this review down. I never tried to name my own price, it was an advertised sale, that they werent honoring, so i walked away. The threats and nastyness and bullying speaks for itself. These people need to leave me alone. *update* i have no idea what they are talking about entitlement and how i was a certain way the whole time? Not it. Name-calling bullying and gaslighting is not the way to go. I'm hearing from other people a pattern of rude meanness twords customers with dissabilities, (i am) and now it makes more sense. Disturbing.* JUST NO! DISEASED PLANTS, SPIDER MITES, SCALE, BROOM, AND WHAT ALL ELSE. went for sale, chose a few to risk it, take home and quarenteen and treat, and then they wouldnt give me the advertised sale price at checkout! I just left. So pissed. Like it was so bad i have to sanitise before i can go in my place. I shouldve left as soon as i noticed. Its not worth it, dont go! So bad."
"Good selection of common species with some unique varieties mixed in. Outstanding for succulents. Nice displays and friendly staff who are knowledgeable and helpful. My #1 garden center in Eugene for getting the best value and not walking away feeling fleeced."
"Awful customer service. I called and asked about a couple trees and the prices. The person that answered the phone actually said he doesn't really do that because then he would have to walk all over to tell me the costs. Then I said okay fine and asked my husband to just stop after work. He got there 10 mins before they closed and apologized for being so close to closing time. He then asked if the man working would please point him in the direction to one tree. The man replied " No, I don't think I'm going to have time to do that you can come back at 9am." There were 3 other shoppers in the nursery still walking around at this time. We live over 35 mins away and will most definitely not be returning for someone as lazy and unmotivated to help as this individual working today. If you know what you want and how to find it this nursery might be fine. If you need any customer service definitely avoid this place. Gray's had better prices on the trees by 10 plus dollars anyways."
