They have not responded. 5 stars for work well done by Mat I could see mat was not shirking his work he made effort to really scrape the tank clean."

"Excellent service. Our plumbing had an urgent issue—there was water coming back up through the downstairs bathtub and shower due to a blockage. I called them at 1:45pm today and they were here at 3:05pm. I live in Crescent City and they came all the way down from Brookings in that time. Amazing response time. The gentleman who helped me was named Brian and he was extremely friendly and helpful. There was a ton of gunk surrounding our sewage line outside and he even cleaned that up for me despite that not being one of their services. I strongly recommend using them if you're in a pinch. Kind of blown away by how fast and effective their service was—this is unfortunately a rarity here in Del Norte."
