"I was very disappointed in the customer service side of things. I have only been in this store a handful of times and they had always been so friendly until the last two visits. I was picking something up for my DIL and wasn't really sure what it looked like etc. So was going to need some help. First, I walked in and there was one person working and one customer. The customer had quite a bit of stuff but was asking specific questions and really needing the employees help. She was short with her, no patience and if I had been her I would have walked out. I stood there and waited not one time did she acknowledge my presence. She could have very easily asked what I needed at which time I would have let her know I had a few ? 's and could wait. It took 8 minutes for her to finish and when it was finally my turn she was not helpful at all. She tossed a book at me and said 'the flavors are listed in there' I know alot of people only go in there because of the convenience. When I mentioned it to someone they said 'oh yeah that's just how she is.' That almost made it worse to me."

"Staff are typically friendly and helpful. Good prices compared to neighboring Eugene. Cons? The flower you purchase. I've been here 4 times in a row and purchased an eighth - it sometimes seems dry and not full of flavor. Each time, the strains have been different by different vendors and the harvest dates are always OVER a year ago. True, some weed can keep up to 18 months when stored properly in the right conditions. This weed is not it. Look for stuff with a harvest date within the last 6 months and can't find any."

"Stopped in for a quick visit - great selection of bud and plants. Staff was nice and helpful. Prices were pretty good. Store was clean. Very convenient!"

"We came in 30 minutes to close. Didn't really receive wonderful service from the guy, so when I got home I looked at what I got. Spent 49.00 on 2 different 8ths and three .5 pre-rolls. Ok ok little high then what I'm use to but to receive one 8th that tastes like your smoking plastic-ish. And both 8ths where full of stems these are Hood sacks!!! your are welcome to your own opinion but my opinion on this one and only visit was unsatisfactory."
