"I obtained a quote for rug cleaning of a medium size (approx 6’x8’) area rug for my home. My dog had an accident, I got the stains out but the odor was still present despite hours of cleaning. Pricing was fair with good communication and follow up in the beginning during the quote process. They pick up and deliver for no charge which was appreciated. However communication on their timeline was a bit frustrating. My rug was picked up October 27th and was told it would be a 3 week turn around time. 4 weeks later I had not heard anything & followed up, I was told it would be ready that week. A week later I had not heard anything, followed up again and was told the same thing it would be ready that week. I received my rug back 2 weeks after that on December 18th, nearly 2 months after it was picked up. I can totally understand busy schedules, it would have been appreciated if they set a realistic expectation originally instead they fell short on more than one occasion. In the future I hope they can set realistic timelines for their customers. All that said it’s clean, the odor is gone and looks great!"
