"Don’t give them your key. It took us 4 months to get ours back after we canceled their service. The quality was hit and miss. So we quit using them. After they were going to mail our key to us but kept being too busy. We contacted them 5 times. We finally had to drive to their business to get it. And they messed that up as well. They key wasn’t where it they told us it would be. Had to call again and then wait while someone went to get it. Wasted 2 hours, not to mention all the contacts to get just get more empty promises."
