When it came time to settle the bill, he charged me $350, with absolutely no reason for the increase! There were no difficult stains or variations from the agreed upon verbal phone conversation. After looking over his work later I found several areas that still needed attention (that I could easily attend to with Resolve, so I know he could have removed these spots, had he tried). Overall, disappointed with the results and his business sense. Will not be using his services in the future."
