"Peggy at Sunshine Cleaners is my personal MVP. Just five days before my wedding, I pulled my wedding dress from its bag to find that it had a large spot in a very noticeable area, which must have been an accidental spill while on the part of the alterations professional (performed elsewhere). I of course panicked. The dress is delicate silk crepe and I had been explicitly told that I couldn't just take it anywhere for dry cleaning-- it should be only be cleaned by someone skilled with silk. I live in Salem but do not trust any of our local cleaners. I called Sunshine at 6am on a Friday morning and Peggy said I was in luck and to bring it in. I dropped the dress off at 7am, and Peggy called at 4pm the same day to say that it was done. She had gotten the spot out, found another spot that she also removed, and ran it through the cleaner to freshen it up for me. The dress looks PERFECT and I am so relieved. She 100% saved the day and was SO KIND to me in the process. And it cost less than $25 to boot! I am truly stunned by the level of customer service and quality. I couldn't recommend this business any more strongly!"
