"Older but clean machines. Clean little laundromat, everything in working order. Honestly the biggest gripe is the lack of hand soap and paper towels in the bathroom... that seems a bit ridiculous but I guess some rude people probably try and use hand soap as laundry soap."
"I thought this was a decent, basic laundromat and liked that there were top-loading washers. I have used this laundromat a couple times. I don't agree it is dirty. I think it is an average laundromat. Tonight, I put 3 items in the dryer around 7:20 p.m. and maxed out the dryer time of 99 minutes, I think. I did not realize you could not do longer, so I wasted an extra quarter. I am moving out of state tomorrow and am busy packing. I did not make it there on the dot after the 99 minutes were done. I arrived at 9:52 p.m. to pick up my items from the dryer to be sure I did not risk going past closing time of 10:00. The door was locked when I arrived. I waited to see if anyone was inside. The older woman with gray hair who maintains it walked out of the back room. I knocked lightly to get her attention. She came over to the door. I said it is not closing time yet and I was there to pick up my items. She said, "You've got to be kidding me!" from behind the door. She want back and got a key, it looked like. She said she would let me in this once and acted extremely bothered and put upon that someone would be there before closing time and that she had to unlock the door because it was locked prematurely. It came across very rude and unprofessional. I asked in a polite tone why the closing time is posted if they don't honor it. She didn't seem to respond and continued to act bothered by my presence. It was a very off-putting experience."
