Reviews
"My dogs love to come play in daycare there! Staff is super friendly and are really attentive to the dogs."
"I havent used the boarding/daycare service, but the You-wash station was wonderful, very fully equipped and makes it easy to wash and groom"
"I read the older negative reviews and was skeptical taking a new puppy here. These folks have been great! They monitor behavior, separate dogs into appropriate play areas based on size/age/temperament, and give me feedback about my dogs day. My pup plays and naps quite often during the day. He comes home smelling sweaty. What do you expect? He's a dog! I don't think this is a reflection of the business at all. Staff is friendly and consistent. Price is right. I'm happy with the service they provide. I'll be taking Mr Cheddar Biscuits here for a long time."
"The people that work there are really nice, but the place smells like urine so bad. We have to bathe the dogs every time when bring them home because they smell so awful. They smell as if other dogs are peeing directly on them or something. We have boarded and done day care at other places and they’ve never smelled like this coming home. One of my dogs also comes home with cuts and scratches. He is a very rough player, but I was really disappointed that the staff did not inform me of a situation that resulted in so many cuts. I didn’t see them until bathing him when I got home. Other reviews on yelp etc state that their dogs came home covered in cuts so that worries me. They must not supervise the dogs good enough if multiple dogs are fighting to the point of broken skin."
"Our dog Bagel came back from boarding with a wound that needed multiple stitches. We've been loyal customers of Must Love Paws for almost a year. This is not the first time Bagel came home with a scratch or two. We brushed it off because we understand dogs are playful and trusted the business. After we picked Bagel up from our most recent visit, we immediately noticed a wound on the side of his body. It was almost one inch long, and rather deep. Called our vet, they thought it was serious, needing surgical care and bumped us to the earliest appointment possible. It's quite upsetting for our whole family. The vet visit was several hours and hundreds of dollars, Bagel was weak and shaken, he will not be fully recovered for a few weeks. Our vet was quite surprised that with this kind of injury, the boarding service did nothing and brought no one's attention to it. We reached out to Must Love Paws, wanting to get an answer for the lack of care. Their first reaction was to question us the timeline of the vet appointment, denying that anything had happened at the boarding service, and said nothing with the slightest compassion. "I spoke to the staff that worked Friday and they said there were no fights. The dogs gather around the openings when dogs are coming and going and sometimes jab at each other or catch a fingernail? " If by catch a fingernail you mean injury that needs serious medical care. We are very hurt by their dismissive attitude. We refused their insincere offer to pay for the medicals, because that's not going to make up for the lack of responsibility or recover the trust. We will not have any of our dogs suffer like this anymore."
