"We bring our dog Rupert here now that he's neutered, vaccinated, and old enough to socialize well. He's always happy to arrive at the play area and can't wait to get in. He comes home after a half day stay, prerry exhausted and well exercised. The staff remembers Rupert every time and let's us know how things went while he is there. The location is very convenient, the staff is great, and our dog is learning some good dog manners from playing and socializing with the dogs there. This is our third month bringing Rupert there, and we couldn't be happier."

"Our Envigo rescue beagle has separation anxiety. He loves playing with all the daycare pups and it gives me a chance to run some errands without stressing him. This is an excellent daycare. All the dogs are current on vaccines. I wouldn't take him there if they didn't require all vax. They are also very accommodating about scheduling."

"When I picked up my dog they gave me the wrong dog! Admittedly I have a common type of a dog. No apologies, just a gruff command to bring him on a leash next time, as if that had anything to do with their error. When I called the owner to voice my concern she had the same attitude and asked me what I wanted her to do about it. All I asked for was a sincere apology from the person who made the error. Instead, I was met by the owner when I picked him up and asked not to return because the staff no longer felt comfortable taking care of him. I was not at all rude during these interactions. I only asked for an apology."

"Pawz Play n Stay is amazing! As soon as our mini aussie puppy was old enough, my husband and I started bringing him here. It was slightly more expensive than a dog walker to come let him out for only half an hour so it felt like we were getting so much more for our money. When he comes home after a full day of daycare, he's so worn out and happy to snuggle all evening on the couch. We also bring our chihuahua here a couple of days a week. She was attacked on her last day at a daycare in another state so I was hesitant to bring her in. She was very timid at first but now she absolutely loves it and has gained so much confidence. She doesn't shake anxiously in the car anymore and walks around with a little more strut in her step! We board our dogs here when we have to go out of town. They come back happy and exhausted and we never have to worry about them while we're away. Pawz offers a pretty significant discount for boarding a second dog, especially compared to other places in Portland. The staff is wonderful. They are happy to feed our dogs their breakfast so we can get out of the house sooner for work. They even recognize our cars as we pull up. We can't recommend Pawz Play n Stay enough. They take such good care of our dogs and we're so happy they're in the neighborhood."
