"I took my mother who is 94 in for a hearing test and found out she needed hearing aids. Randy was very patient with her, and explained everything she needed to know and answered all of her questions in a way she could understand. She is not very tech savvy. Randy also noticed a medical condition in her ear and arranged for an appointment with the MD. Everything she needed was all done in one office which was extremely convenient for her. Randy also took the time to answer any of my questions. I highly recommend them."

"The office staff, the gentleman that did the hearing test, and the nurse were all very nice, helpful, and kind. The doctor I saw, however, was a joke. (I believe the doctor was Dr. Z) Biggest waste of a co-pay ever. He didn’t listen to anything I said. The few questions he asked, he interrupted me when answering to try explain what I was saying. He didn’t even look at my ears. He blamed ever symptom I had on migraines and when I tried to explain that the head aches I get are not exactly migraines, he didn’t listen. He put some pamphlets on migraines on the table and said to read them, and there is good info in there. As if I am not fully educated on headaches. I wasn’t even there for headaches. One of the worst doctors I have ever seen. He had a medical student with him and he didn’t even ask my permission for the student to join the appointment. I’m fine with it, but he should have asked. In fact, the student was more attentive than the doctor. I hope that student doesn’t learn any bad habits from that doctor. Surely he could see how frustrated I was. The doctor also spoke painfully loud, even though this place is supposed to believe in hearing health. I hope his staff wears hearing protection because prolonged exposure to even 85 dB can cause hearing loss. None of my concerns were addressed. I didn’t even have any kind of exam from the doctor. And the speed of my appointment, I felt like I was being pushed out the door, was very surprising giving the waiting time at in the waiting room and then in the exam room. The exam room was one of the most unclean I’ve seen: the walls were scuffed and had stains on them, their was dust on computer, and dirt on the floor, it was very unprofessional for an exam room. I will never be back and I recommend others avoid that doctor if they can."
