"I can't speak to any of the Dr.'s in this clinic but I would say that they need a new front desk person My 82 year old mother called to try to schedule an appointment to have her ears cleaned before she is fitted for her upcoming new hearing aids. She finally hung up because she felt like the front desk person was so cranky, unhelpful, uninterested and rude to her. My mother is a very sweet and kind human and it's not often that I hear a review from her like this. So I called them myself a few days later. I had the exact same experience with the young woman who answers your phone. Having been a business owner for years I can say that this is not the type of person that you want potential patients having first contact with. I eventually hung up the phone and am willing to drive much further to an office that is friendly, kind and helpful to get my mother the care that she needs. Hopefully you will reassess what's happening at your front desk and correct the situation."

"Dr caro is an amazing ear doctor! He is so patient , caring and thorough! Both my kids have been with him since they where 2 years old and my daughter is now 13. He explains every surgery in detail and office visit. My daughter is very shy with doctors but she is so comfortable with dr Caro after so many years! I hope that when he retires that my children are past needing an ear doctor because we wont go anywhere else. Thank you for being awesome and a great doctor ! - cassie"

"Andrea (the audiologist) is amazing and super nice. Very professional. She always eases my concerns and worries. When I got hearing aids all of my questions and issues were very quickly addressed and I left with complete confidence that the hardware I'd ordered was perfect. Today, when I got part of the hearing aid stuck in my ear she was very patient and understanding. Alyssa, a new audiologist is very lucky to have such a positive and insightful mentor to work with. "Very thorough appointment as Dr. Caro investigated several different things that could be causing me to feel like there is fluid constantly in my ear. He looked at my eardrum both for fluid and other damage, he had my hearing checked and then even suggested allergy testing all done in his office. And if you ever need to have allergy testing done their Allergy Nurse Cassandra is Amazing!!!! Sweet, very informative, and passionate about what she does - All are exactly what you want in a healthcare professional. :)"
