"Once I finally reached a person when they were actually open, they were nice and helpful and vowed to change the incorrect hours on their phone answering message! It was an oversight, and store staff was apologetic for the problems I experienced trying to get my sons order coming from the McMinnville area, 3rd time was a charm for me!! Lol. Despite the difficulty, staff was great!"

"Its inconvenient that they are only open from 10am-2pm as I have to take time off from work each time I need to pick up a book. The first time I went the staff wasn't very friendly either-maybe they were just having a bad day?"

"The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. They even stayed late so I could get my books after closing. They were out of the kind of notebooks I like but, the lady that checked me out gave me one of her own personal un used notebook. So nice and friendly. Love the book store. I will say their stock is limited from the covid I think. They used to have way more selection."
